Εκτός των άλλων το εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό μας ασχολείται και με τις βαφές μονωτηρων με υδροαποθητικο χρώμα, αμερικανικών προδιαγραφών, με τεχνολογία ΗΕΑ (High Efficiency Airless) στους Υ/Σ 22KV ,150KV ,400KV καθώς και στις γραμμές μεταφοράς... εκεί όπου η ρύπανση του περιβάλλοντος (αλμύρα, βιομηχανική σκόνη) δημιουργούν προβλήματα, ,ευστάθειας του συστήματος μεταφοράς ενέργειας,χωρις την αναγκαστικη διακοπη για καθαρισμους με χρόνους εγγυήσεων καλής λειτουργίας, τουλάχιστον 15 ετών !!!
Energized HVIC is a uniquely formulated Room Temperature Vulcanization coating. It offers utility companies worldwide the opportunity to perform quality maintenance to prevent pollution-induced outages without having to experience costly shutdowns.
The expense of Energized HVIC is, in most cases, lower than that of competitors' de-energized RTV insulator coatings.
High Voltage Insulator Coating Application
Application of 570 High Voltage Insulator Coating at a 138 kV yard. The application was performed to help prevent outages caused by road salt contamination. (2007)
Hot Stick Sprayer
The Hot Stick Sprayer is specially manufactured for the safe application of 570 High Voltage Insulator Coating (HVIC).
The Hot Stick Sprayer is designed to meet voltage clearances from 4 kV to 345 kV. All sticks are third-party tested to ensure their dielectric properties.
Hot Stick Sprayers are fitted with an adjustable tip to allow for easy application in difficult areas.
Because the Hot Stick Sprayer is made of fiberglass, it provides electrical insulation, allowing spraying applications to be performed without de-energizing the equipment. The Hot Stick also provides physical separation from the equipment being coated.
With the ball valve positioned at the bottom of the stick, the applicator can control the on/off flow of material while coating, without having to access the on/off switch of the pump.
